The session starts with a review of the five core capabilities of an organisation to onboard in order to embed Gen AI successfully, namely:  Gen AI app / model evaluations, use case identification, prompt engineering, training and change management. Attendees are guided to populate templates and blueprints during the workshop to craft strategies, set guidelines, and establish procedures, all aimed at maximising adoption of Gen AI within their organisation. By the workshop’s conclusion, participants will have commenced the groundwork necessary to establish a Community of Practice.
