How It Works

All roles and tasks performed by knowledge workers in the process are audited and Gen AI use cases identified. For every Gen AI use case identified, in collaborative workshops (CoLabs), with selected workers  – Gen AI apps are configured, prompts written and training on using the Gen AI app delivered. Once a CoLab is complete the prompts designed in the session  are packaged with instructions (Prompt Kits) on how to use them, as a ready reference for the team. CoLab sessions are repeated until all Gen AI apps and tools are configured, preliminary training completed and prompt kits created. Follow up training, coaching sessions are delivered, and any alterations to prompt kits made to optimise for speed and quality.
