Tasks and deliverables are identified in the project schedule where Gen AI can be employed to improve speed and quality of output. Collaborative workshops (CoLabs), using Gen AI are identified, designed and delivered at key stages of the project to speed up delivery. CoLabs are run with a Dorothi facilitator in conjunction with the project team to use Gen AI tools to generate project deliverables, at pace. The workshop incorporates stakeholder feedback to gain sign-off for project deliverables in real-time. Once a CoLab is complete generated content (reports, surveys, journey maps, product features, design, or any content deliverable) is formatted and delivered to the team. At the completion of the last CoLab, all prompts used in the CoLabs are collated and delivered to the project team in prompt kits.
